When you use Xpert Dispatch, the XpertDriver App, tracking tools, dispatch workflows, EDI features, invoicing tools, document upload features, or customer portals, we may collect load details, pickup and delivery details, trip status updates, vehicle and trailer information, proof of delivery documents, photos, scanned files, messages, device identifiers, usage logs, and related operational records.

With your permission or as required for app functionality, we may collect location information such as coarse or precise location, route progress, and geofence activity so dispatchers, carriers, customers, and authorized users can track shipments, trips, and fleet activity.

We use the information we collect to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve Xpert Dispatch, the XpertDriver App, tracking services, dispatch services, compliance tools, billing workflows, customer portals, integrations, and support.

We may use information to create and manage accounts, verify companies and users, assign and update trips, send notifications, process documents, communicate with drivers and dispatchers, provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, prevent fraud or unauthorized access, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Information may be shared with authorized company users, dispatchers, drivers, customers, integration providers, technology vendors, hosting providers, payment or accounting providers, ELD, telematics, fuel card, compliance, mapping, messaging, notification, and document storage providers when those services are connected to your account or required to deliver the requested functionality.

We do not sell your personal information.

Location data is used to support dispatch, routing, trip visibility, customer updates, proof of delivery workflows, safety monitoring, geofencing, and fleet management features.

Depending on your device settings and account configuration, location may be collected while using the app or in the background when an active dispatch, trip, tracking, or fleet workflow requires it. You can manage location permissions through your device settings, but disabling location access may limit app functionality.

Drivers and authorized users may upload or exchange bills of lading, proof of delivery documents, scanned paperwork, photos, videos, notes, text messages, and other user content. We process this content to complete dispatch, delivery, billing, compliance, and customer-service workflows.

Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information unless it is required for the transportation, compliance, accounting, or support purpose for which you are using the service.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain business records, support customer accounts, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and preserve operational history for carriers and authorized users.
